- Cast data: Numbers you enter, time selections, generated hexagrams and analysis results, tied only to your account.
- Payment information: Processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
- Analytics: Anonymous page views, device type, and geographic region (country level) via Vercel Analytics. No personal identification.
- Feedback: Text you submit through the feedback form.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve HexaEdge's core services.
- Generate hexagram analysis and AI-powered interpretations.
- Process subscriptions and payments.
- Optimize product experience through anonymous analytics.
- Respond to your feedback and inquiries.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
HexaEdge uses large language models (LLMs) to generate interpretive text. AI-generated content is based on hexagram chart data and the traditional I Ching framework. It does not constitute investment advice, financial guidance, or any form of professional consultation. AI models may produce inaccurate or incomplete content. Always rely on your own independent judgment.
4. Data Security & Sharing
- Your cast data may be used in anonymized form to improve our analysis models and service quality. Raw data is never shared with third parties.
- Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties (except as required by law).
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
- You can export or permanently delete all personal data at any time in Settings → Data.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Login state uses essential session cookies only. We do not track your activity on other websites.
